Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll work with Printify to replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Refund Eligibility & Contact

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You never received your order due to a Printify or shipping error

If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
